So proud to have been a part of this project for the Lobkowicz Palace!
This is the actual view from the balcony of the Lobkowicz Palace. They will be launching a 30 minute tour of the city where you don't have to walk anywhere. All set to a beautiful musical score by Robert Jíša.
The image will be used for a large map which will be provided to each quest. As their commercial photographer I provide the images and send them off to the Creative Art Director, Steve Josephson and his team. We took lots of images over the course of a few weeks. The weather was not being very cooperative to say the least, but Steve had a vision and we needed to make it a reality.
The final image is a composite piece of numerous images, helping to give it the depth that just makes it really stand out. A new sky had to be dropped in as the images were made very early into the spring season and we just could not catch a day that did not have a hazey sky. We plotted for weeks and watched the skies, and would go running to our shooting point at the hint of a possible clear blue sky...but time, and mother nature were not on our side.
This will be used as a background of the city with close up inserts of significant historical and architectural structures. So still lots of work for the graphic design department but wow they are doing a great job!
